The HWP program brings together 18 required courses, a documented practicum, and a final capstone. It is designed for students who want depth, clear boundaries, and a complete framework for holistic wellness education.

Begin with an eligible Lovejoy course or enter the complete program. Completed eligible coursework can satisfy its matching HWP educational requirement, creating a clear path from individual study into a larger professional direction.

Course completion and tuition credit are handled separately, so the educational pathway stays clear while financial options remain flexible.

Part I, core curriculum

Part II, concentration

Reiki & Energy Wellness, 64 estimated learner hours.

The initial HWP concentration follows the complete Reiki sequence, from foundations through advanced exploration. Each approved concentration meets the same 64-hour educational requirement.

20 hours of documented experiential work.

Students demonstrate how they apply course concepts through educational and experiential wellness activities. This practicum is not supervised healthcare practice.

Part IV, capstone & integration

Bring your learning into a coherent wellness framework.

The six-hour capstone asks students to connect their coursework, boundaries, ethics, and practitioner identity in one final portfolio.

Lovejoy Institute courses are educational and experiential. They support reflection, spiritual practice, relaxation, self-awareness, and holistic wellness education. They do not train students to diagnose, prescribe, or treat disease and do not replace licensed medical, mental-health, nutrition, physical-therapy, or other professional care.
